    Can I replace lost figures from Toys I have already bought?
    Yes - some of our figures can be bought individually here.

    Do the figures fit into all vehicles?
    Yes- all our vehicles and figure are fully compatible, so you can build up your own WOW world.

    How can I clean the toys?
    All our figures are dishwasher safe and best placed with the cutlery. Vehicles can be wiped clean with warm water.

    Which payment methods do you accept?
    All payments which are secured by: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Paypal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

    How do I check the status of my order?
    Once your order has been dispatched we will send a notification via email with tracking information. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account.

    I ordered the wrong item, what do I do?
    Contact Customer Care and we will be happy to cancel or modify your order if it has not yet been dispatched.

    I have a discount code, how do I use it?
    Discount codes can be added at the checkout. Enter the discount code in the box below your items and click apply. The discount will be deducted from your order.

    Do you take international orders?
    We currently only deliver orders to the United Kingdom. We are working to set up International delivery to the EU and the USA in the future.

    How do I return an item that I purchased on wowtoys.com?
    If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition within 14 days and we will exchange the item or refund the purchase price to your card. We will also happily refund the delivery charge if the item is due to a faulty product or an error on our part.
